I use innovative techniques to make glass and textile panels and installations, often combining fragments of photographic imagery with layers of translucent colour.

Colour and imagery are printed and fired on to glass shapes, which are then assembled in patterns or sequences to make an individual work. Textile panels can include glass elements, such as coloured glass rods, and digital print.

I often work from, or for, specific places, often rural, looking at different viewpoints and changes of focus from near to far. Works in both glass and silk interact with light and shadow, changing with light sources and location.
